Privacy and legal notice

1. Who we are

MCZ Executive Transfers provides private executive passenger transport across the Algarve, Lisbon and Portugal. Controller: MCZ Executive Transferes, Unipessoal Lda.; company/NIPC no. 519279140; registered office at Rua Comandante José Francisco Silva, no. 13, 2nd floor, 8500-456 Portimão; share capital €1,000.00; manager Jorge António da Silva Filho. 2. What data we process and why

This website has no database and does not store what you enter in the quote form. The form only prepares a message in WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it. Data received through WhatsApp, telephone or email — such as name, contact details, origin, destination, date, time, passengers, flight number and notes — is used only to:

• reply to your quote request and confirm the booking (pre-contractual steps and contract performance);
• provide the transport service, including flight monitoring, meeting arrangements and contact on the day;
• issue invoices and comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not run automated marketing, create profiles or sell personal data.

3. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the applicable legal period, currently 10 years. WhatsApp conversations are deleted periodically.

4. Who we share it with

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland), when you choose that contact channel;
• Amen.pt, which hosts the website and business email in the European Union;
• accounting providers and the Portuguese Tax Authority, only where needed for invoicing.

Links to Google, Instagram and Facebook take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. This website does not load their tracking scripts or pixels.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Portuguese and English are offered through separate page addresses, and the language choice is not automatically stored. No consent banner is shown because there are no non-essential cookies to accept.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@mcztransfers.pt. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.

7. Security

Website traffic is encrypted through HTTPS. Access to the business email and WhatsApp account is restricted to those involved in delivering the service.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

The Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book is available at livroreclamacoes.pt. For consumer disputes, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body listed at consumidor.gov.pt.

9. Intellectual property and changes

The brand, original materials and website design may not be reproduced without permission. Destination photographs remain subject to their respective licences. This notice may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page.
